We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The pool was lovely and the location was great with many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The breakfast was quite basic but it was delivered to our room which was very convenient. we would definitely recommend this hotel.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

During my Christmas stay, there were two redeeming qualities that stood out: the location and the comfortable beds. the hotel was strategically situated near the beach, restaurants, and other shops in the city. Even better, the pillows and bedding were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed the convenience of having daily supplies of water bottles and daily cleaning services.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was convenient, being close to the beach and shopping area. We appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows in our room. the staff were friendly and helpful, even delivering breakfast to our room. the pool was enjoyable and the hotel also had free tea, coffee, and water available. We also appreciated the added convenience of a microwave and kettle in our room.
The maintenance could have been better in some areas.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning and breakfast staff were particularly kind and attentive. The hotel had a nice pool and was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and a shopping mall. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The rooms were spacious and had large beds, suitable for up to 4 people. the rooms were furnished with a small kitchenette, making it easy to prepare meals.
The level of housekeeping at the hotel was not up to par. The rooms were poorly maintained, with signs of dampness and poor air conditioning.
